Homeowner: Tessie

Tessie is 89 years old and is the the widow of a veteran who has lived in her home for 58 years. Tessie is confined to a wheelchair and needs assistance to do many things around the house. Her son Vincent lives with her and provides much of the care she needs. Tessie and Vincent have tried to keep up with the home maintainance and have had some weatherization and remodel work done over the years but have felt it getting behind more recently.
